Providing person-centered care and support to our service users. The Tameside Extra Care services comprise four extra care sites across the Tameside borough, and we currently have a role at our Dukinfield service. The scheme consists of a number of one-bedroom and two-bedroom self-contained flats, with a proportion of individuals receiving a care service. Needs may include dementia and mental health.
