Creative Support is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and proactive Support Worker to join our friendly team in Keighley, Bradford. We provide quality, person-centred care to 20 service users with mental health needs, some with learning disabilities, helping them gain independence and follow their care plans.
Previous care experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided, with the opportunity to work towards the QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
