Creative Support are looking for warm, reliable and proactive Support Workers to join our team in Keighley to provide quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs. The service has 6 individuals with low support requirements who need help developing daily life skills.

Pay: £12.85 per hour.

Location: Keighley, West Yorkshire.

Employment type: Full-time.

Your role will include:

  • Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to express their needs, views and concerns.
  • Working in partnership with service users through the recovery process, being flexible and responsive to their individual needs.
  • Helping service users to develop recovery‑focused support goals, promoting hope and aspiration.
  • Respecting the service users’ right to privacy, ensuring that their dignity is maintained at all times.
