Creative Support is seeking a graduate or professional who is highly proactive and well‑organised to support operational and administrative output. You will provide efficient support to services dedicated to supporting adults with Learning Disabilities with a range of support needs. An excellent standard of verbal and written English is essential as well as an interest in working in the not‑for‑profit health and social care sector.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine administrative support to our busy services
- Conduct themed audits within services
- Support the recruitment and retention strategy
- Assist the management team with the deployment of relief staff and monitoring agency usage against local and national KPI's
- Undertake monitoring and checks to ensure all commissioned hours are delivered and services are working within their budget
- Develop and maintain accurate data relating to client provision to ensure invoicing is correct
- Help to set up new services
- Assist the management team with oversight of new starters
- Support the senior management team with oversight of voids within properties
- Maintain incident, safeguarding and CQC reporting oversight and analysis
- Support the set‑up of new student placements
Key Skills and Requirements
- An approachable and warm manner, along with excellent customer care skills, is essential.
- The role requires a person with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi‑task to meet competing deadlines.
- Accurate data entry onto databases, minute meetings and use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are necessary to succeed in this role.
