Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to older people living in Extra Care housing in Orpington.
- Engage with service users and build trusting, therapeutic relationships.
- Provide respectful personal care and practical support with household tasks.
- Work in a holistic way to promote independence through a reablement approach.
- Be flexible, energetic and reliable, with the ability to work weekends (specifically Saturday and Sunday nights).
