Creative Support is seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive leader to provide person-centred care and support to our services users in Brent, London.
You will oversee three Extra Care services and collaborate with Social Services to ensure high care standards and empowering service delivery.
Previous management experience with older people, dementia or memory loss is essential. A Diploma in Social Work, RMN/RGN or NVQ 4/5 is preferred; degree-level study is welcomed.
