We are looking for a compassionate and committed mental health professional to join our established team as Project Manager in Bradford. This role will be responsible for the operational management of Hill Top Cottages, our recovery-based MH supported living service in the area.
You will have an extensive knowledge of mental health recovery approaches, with skills in promoting independence and community links. You will be motivated to drive the service forward, empowering service users to move to less supported accommodation. You must have skills in positive communication and engagement and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support.
You will have a person-centred approach and the ability to achieve positive outcomes through co-production with service users and creative multi-agency working. You must be able to write clear assessments, support plans and guidelines and work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.
A relevant qualification is desirable, such as RMN, Social Work, or a management qualification. Supervisory experience is essential, and experience of evidencing achievements and outcomes for service users is desirable.
