Creative Support is looking for a caring, dynamic and highly motivated person to help manage our varied portfolio of social care services in Blackpool. You will be working with the Service Manager and be jointly responsible for maintaining an overview of all services, leading a highly motivated team of Team Leaders and Senior staff and contributing to the further development of services within the organisation.
