We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and committed individual to join our friendly and experienced team as a Senior Support Worker at our supported accommodation service in Blackburn. Our 24-hour supported living service provides outcome-focused support to individuals with complex mental health and/or substance abuse needs. Using the recovery model, along with our wellbeing sessions and signposting, we aim to prevent hospital admissions and develop a return to independence within their own homes and local community.

As Senior Support Worker, you will work alongside local management to assist with the coordination and delivery of this high-quality, person-centred support. You must be warm, motivated, and conscientious, with strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills. A minimum of 2 years' experience in providing care and support to people with mental health needs, and an extensive knowledge of these needs, is essential for this role.
