Do you have the commitment and positive values to make a difference to people's lives? Do you want to play a crucial role in supporting people in their time of need? This particular service supports individuals by listening non-judgementally and implementing person centred interventions in order to alleviate the demand on A&E departments, offering a more suitable environment to de-escalate and recuperate.
The Talking Space will operate out of our Northfield Hub, Thursday to Sunday from 6pm-11pm. A willingness to work flexibly according to the needs of the service is essential.
Creative Support is a non-profit organisation which provides high quality person centred social care services for people with learning disabilities, mental health and other needs. We are looking for adaptable person-centred individuals who are well motivated, hardworking and keen to join our friendly team.
