We are recruiting Support Workers to join an established team of staff supporting people to enjoy an excellent quality of life in our supported living services in Bedford. The services support individuals with learning disabilities, some mental health support needs and some individuals who are within the autistic spectrum.
This rewarding role will require flexibility across the week and your working time will involve working shifts which include evenings, weekends, waking nights and bank holidays. A high level of motivation and personal commitment is required, along with demonstrable skills in engaging service users in planning their support. You will also be expected to work professionally alongside Care Managers and health professionals and to communicate positively with families, carers and friends.
