Creative Support is a non‑profit organisation that provides high‑quality person‑centred social care services. We empower people with a range of care needs to live independent and fulfilling lives, helping them recognise their strengths and abilities. Our supported living services are in Clayton, Low Moor, Queensbury, and Thornton and provide person‑centred support to adults with learning disabilities, all with unique support needs.

We need warm, motivated, and person‑centred Support Workers interested in delivering personalised support according to individual care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Providing respectful care, practical and emotional support to service users at our Bradford services.
  • Maximising social opportunities and community engagement.
  • Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.
Qualifications
  • A full UK, clean manual driving licence and a minimum of one‑year driving experience are required.
  • Previous experience in support work is not essential; a full local and corporate induction will be provided.
Eligibility

This role is not open to sponsorship under the UKVI scheme and we will not accept applicants with Skilled Worker visas.
