About the Role
£28,937 pa (£14.80 per hour – indexed to the London Living Wage)
Location: London – North London (Archway)
Full‑time position in a not‑for‑profit organisation supporting adults with learning disabilities and older adults with support needs. The Administrator will work closely with the Area Manager and the Service Director (London Services) to support operational and administrative output.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the Archway registered office in line with CQC standards, including creating and updating staff files and documentation.
- Support all aspects of recruitment and interview potential candidates.
- Assist Registered Managers with additional administration during and prior to CQC and Local Authority inspections.
- Complete minutes at a variety of meetings (including HR investigations and disciplinary hearings).
- Assist in setting up local training facilities.
- Get involved in client activities when required.
- Ensure the Archway office is kept organised and presentable at all times.
Essential Skills & Experience
- An excellent standard of verbal and written English is essential.
- The successful candidate will be highly proactive, well‑organised, with excellent attention to detail, able to manage competing deadlines, and skilled in data entry onto databases and using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A warm and helpful telephone manner and the ability to take detailed minutes for a range of meetings are required.
