As a Community Support Worker, you'll provide practical and emotional support to individuals, helping them learn coping mechanisms and gain the skills needed to live independently. The role also involves fostering connection and companionship, such as accompanying individuals on Friday night trips to the cinema. You'll play an important part in their financial planning and budgeting, empowering them to manage everyday challenges.
