Creative Support is seeking committed Waking Night Support Workers for an exciting opportunity to join our team under the Transforming Care Agenda using a Trauma Informed approach. The Intensive Support Service provides bespoke supported living services in the Bury/Heywood area of Greater Manchester to adults over the age of 18 with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex needs.
The service operates 24/7 using a trauma informed and case management model of care to provide support and opportunities for increased independence in the community for three adults. In your role as Waking Night Support Worker, you will support residents with shopping, cooking or baking, household tasks and meeting personal care needs, as well as meeting unique personal goals. You will be happy working in a consistent, predictable way, enjoying a calm and quiet environment that meets each individual service userβs needs.

Requirements/Qualifications
- Experience of working in the care sector is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the role.
- Staff recruited will initially be required to work dynamically between the Registered Office, service and current care provision to ensure a well-planned transition into the new home.
