We are looking for a compassionate and committed professional to join our established team as Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support.

Our service provides person‑centred support to adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health, and autism. We support 23 tenants, each living in their own self‑contained apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and wet room. Our goal is to empower people to develop the skills and confidence to lead independent, fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities

  • As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered consistently.
  • The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and understanding about learning disabilities, autism, and mental health.
  • You will be passionate about promoting independence, social inclusion, and community engagement.
  • Strong skills in positive communication are essential, along with the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard towards the people we support.
  • You will possess effective verbal and written communication, as the role will involve writing high quality assessments, support plans and guidelines.
  • You will demonstrate a person‑centred approach and genuine commitment to achieve positive outcomes for tenants through collaboration with tenants, families and agencies.
  • You should be motivated to drive the service forward, empowering service users to progress onto less supported accommodation.
  • We are looking for team players who are able to contribute positively to a consistent, mutually supportive team culture.

Qualifications

  • Applicants must have supervisory experience.
  • A relevant qualification is desirable, such as RMN, Social Work, or a management qualification.
  • Experience of evidencing achievements and outcomes for service users is desirable.
