Based in our Stockton-on-Tees service, you will organise and deliver a wide range of engaging activities for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health support needs.
You will prepare materials, monitor participation, adapt activities to individual abilities and wishes, and promote wellbeing, independence and community involvement.
