Do you have experience working with service users who experience a range of complex mental health needs? Our Liverpool Mental Health services are looking to take on a motivated and experienced Team Leader. Our service supports individuals with mental health needs, enabling service users to lead fulfilling and happy lives.
We are currently seeking to employ an enthusiastic Team Leader who has knowledge and experience in the field of mental health. We require a dynamic, motivated, proactive, and well-organised individual who has the ability and skills to successfully lead the coordination and management of our supported accommodation services and community service for adults with mental health needs.
Responsibilities:
- Providing practical and emotional support to service users in line with Personal Support Plans
- Identifying and accessing opportunities with service users to gain independence and confidence
- Supervising staff and managing staff resources efficiently to meet the needs of the service
- Collaborating with service users, families, and involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service that maximises outcomes for service users
