We’re looking for a dynamic and skilled Supported Living Manager to oversee a small cluster of supported tenancies in Swinton, providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism and long-term health needs.

Based in a welcoming office in the heart of Swinton, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that service users lead fulfilling lives, maintain their tenancies and achieve personal goals. From supervising staff and managing facilities to maintaining stakeholder relationships and ensuring compliance with CQC standards, your responsibilities will be integral to the success of the service. This position combines time spent working shifts providing direct care with off-rota management duties, demanding flexibility, leadership and a deep understanding of service users’ needs.

To excel in this role, you’ll need a relevant qualification in health or social care (such as NVQ or H&SCD 3/4/5), along with the ability to coach and mentor staff, assess needs and plan effective support.
