Job Summary

We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to support tenants with moderate to high learning disabilities and autism needs. Join us in a new-build development of 7 self-contained flats, designed to maximize independence and community connections. Located near Tooting Bec, this accommodation offers a pleasant residential setting with easy access to bus routes and local amenities.

Responsibilities

This is a fantastic career development opportunity, where you’ll be part of a service providing effective support for service users transitioning from family homes and other support settings. You’ll collaborate with the service user, their family, and wider support network to ensure their needs and preferences are paramount. As a Key Worker, you’ll support people in achieving their dreams and goals, helping young adults experiencing independent living for the first time establish a full and positive lifestyle.

This rewarding role requires flexibility across the week, including shifts in the evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. We seek highly motivated individuals with strong personal commitment and skills in engaging service users in planning their support. You’ll work professionally alongside Care Managers and health professionals and communicate positively with families, carers, and friends.

Requirements
