Creative Support remains a not-for-profit organisation focused on delivering an excellent standard of care and support to vulnerable people. We are looking for individuals to join our team of Support Workers working with people with Learning Disabilities across two of our bespoke services in Durham. We have an array of hours available, so can provide full time, part time, weekend work and relief roles depending the levels of experience that you have. Benefits of working with Creative Support: A one-off bonus of £100 upon successful completion of the 4-month probationary period Competitive pay and a pension with company contribution and 28 days annual leave Company paid enhanced DBS for all staff Free employee support programme All our staff are supported 24/7 by our out-of-hours teams Support to complete the nationally recognised Care Certificate and Social Care Diploma Experience is not mandatory for this role as we provide full ongoing training in all aspects of the job, however, we do welcome anyone with previous Carer, Support Worker or NHS experience.
