Job Description

We are seeking compassionate, caring, and dedicated Support Workers to join our supported living service in Cannock, Staffordshire. Your role is to support service users with learning disabilities to reach their potential, engaging in activities like walking, visiting estates, and more. Many individuals also have jobs and attend college independently. Applicants must hold a full valid UK driving licence.

Ideal candidates will provide excellent personal care, including medication administration, financial assistance, cooking, and other domestic tasks. You’ll respect and promote the rights of people with learning disabilities, enabling them to participate fully in their communities. Flexibility is key, as the role requires working evenings and weekends.

Your duties include providing personal care, assisting with domestic tasks, supporting independence, and enabling growth in social skills, relationships, and daily living. You’ll also administer medication.
