Job Overview

Join us as a Support Worker at our bespoke development in Alcester, Warwickshire. Our innovative Housing with Care and Support service offers a modern, comfortable, and safe environment for individuals with learning disabilities and other support needs, including complex physical and health conditions.

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning. You will support tenants to maximise their well‑being and independence, fostering a fulfilling and valued life. You will also encourage service users to engage in social activities both within and outside their homes, helping to keep daily life varied and enjoyable.

Qualifications

No previous care experience is required. Work may be full‑time or part‑time and is scheduled flexibly according to the service’s needs.
