Join us as a Support Worker at our bespoke development in Alcester, Warwickshire. Our innovative Housing with Care and Support service offers a modern, comfortable, and safe environment for individuals with learning disabilities and other support needs, including complex physical and health conditions.

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks like cooking and cleaning. You’ll support tenants to maximize their well-being and independence, fostering a fulfilling and valued life. You’ll also encourage service users to engage in exciting social activities both within and outside their homes. Our residents love participating in a wide range of activities, ensuring no two days are the same.

No previous care experience is required and we offer both full-time and part-time hours, worked flexibly according to the service’s needs. The service is conveniently located with great public transport links and multiple bus stops nearby.
