Creative Support is a dynamic, national organisation offering training and development opportunities for our staff. We are looking for an enthusiastic and vibrant individual to join our Creative Academy where we support the most talented and dedicated social care staff with their personal professional development, enabling them to enhance their skills and inspiring them to support the people who use our services in the most practical, compassionate and person-centred ways.
This is a key senior administrative role within the organisation, based at our friendly Head Office in Stockport Town Centre. You will forge links with our training offices and staff throughout the country, ensuring a standardised approach to the implementation and delivery of our training programmes.
You will be able to travel nationally, work flexibly and ideally have an awareness of regional and national Health and Social Care policy. You will be an excellent communicator and be a bright, focused individual, dedicated to building robust professional relationships with our regional offices, your team members and stakeholders. A health and social care background and/or a training background and a high level of IT and literacy skills will be beneficial to the successful applicant.
This is a fixed term contract for 9 months with the possibility to extend up to 12 months.
