Creative Support’s Property Services Department is a busy and supportive team with a positive working culture. We are looking to recruit a Property Services Administrator to join our team, working from our offices in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills within a national not‑for‑profit housing provider.
The Property Services Administrator will have a varied role and contribute actively to the work of the wider Property Services Department, working closely with the Compliance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Raising purchase orders for cyclical and responsive works
- Tracking jobs raised through departmental helpdesks
- Following up on actions arising from Fire Risk Assessments
- Ordering surveys
- Organising access to properties
- Maintaining accurate records and property databases
- Supporting coordination of contractors
- Responding to internal and external enquiries
- Helping ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Department
This role would suit someone with a positive, can‑do attitude who is keen to learn and contribute to a busy office environment. All applicants should have a strong and genuine interest in Creative Support’s values and activities.
