Creative Support own and manage a portfolio of supported accommodation across the country. We require an individual with experience of inspecting properties, devising schedules of works and co-ordinating property works to work as part of our busy Property Services Team based in Stockport.
The Project Co-ordinator will contribute to the effective maintenance of company property assets and co-ordinate a variety of property related works including urgent repair works, reconfiguration works and refurbishment projects. The Project Co-ordinator will attend properties post works to sign off on quality. They will also work with senior staff at Creative Support services across the country, building consultants, external contractors and the in-house maintenance team.
Applicants must have excellent written skills and be confident in following up post inspection via email and/or letter with findings from inspection and recommendations for next steps. Applicants should hold a full driving license and be willing to travel.
