We are looking to appoint a talented Bid Writer to join our national Tendering & Business Development Team.
Your New Role:
As a Bid Writer, you will manage your entire bid process from detailed tender appraisal, discussion meetings with executive and operational managers, to writing of all qualitative elements and any post submission stages. As part of a small, collaborative team, you will work on tenders individually and together with other writers. You will continuously build knowledge and use your initiative to create meaningful proposals, as well as engage relevant members of our operational and specialist teams to inform your writing. You will be supported to build specialist knowledge to write across all of our work streams, including learning disability, autism, mental health, older people and complex lives. The role offers an engaging and varied workload, as well as opportunity to focus on areas of particular interest and expertise.
Skills and experience you will bring:

- Strong analytical skills and knowledge to offer detailed tender appraisals and creative input towards decisions and model development
