We are looking for a respectful, warm and energetic individuals to join our friendly Scunthorpe services as a Relief Support Worker. Our service in Scunthorpe provides person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities. We need people who have a real interest in the social care sector and are seeking to work in services which hold person-centred values. You will be part of a team and receive supervision throughout the probationary process to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed. As well as providing direct care and support, you will have the opportunity to act as a Key Worker supporting people to achieve their dreams and ambitions. Your role will include: Supporting service users to live a fulfilling and socially inclusive lifestyle Upholding the rights of service users to enjoy independence and choice Working as part of a structured team to meet the needs and preferences of service users It is expected that you will work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service; also, you will be paid on a weekly basis.
