We are looking for experienced, calm and resourceful Relief Support Workers to join our friendly team. You will provide person-centred care and support with personal care as well as community activities such as walking, swimming and going to the gym. This will also include planning alongside members of the person’s circle of support to enable individuals to be happy, healthy and to be successful in achieving their wishes and aspirations.

The ability to support people who can express their needs through challenging behaviour at times is essential. Prior experience in this field of work is essential. We will value the personal skills and interests you bring to the role and to the lives of service users, such as sports, walking and outdoor pursuits, creative arts, music and cooking; to name but a few!

We have three Supported Living Services in the Horsforth, Cookridge and Middleton areas of the City, providing person-centred support to adults on the autistic spectrum.

As a Creative Support Relief Support Staff, a minimum of twelve months experience is essential. You will have access to our free app which allows you to pick up shifts in Leeds and any area of the country, provides information on the service and shifts as well as directions. You will be paid weekly.
