Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities.
• Build and sustain trusting relationships with service users.
• Handle administrative duties and housing management tasks.
• Work safely and independently in service users’ homes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Resilient, energetic, and adaptable.
• Strong local community knowledge.
• A minimum of 12 months of previous care experience.
• A passion for providing person-centered care in a friendly environment.
• A clean driving licence and willingness to drive service users’ cars.
