Job Overview

We’re thrilled to announce a vacancy for a Relief Support Worker at our vibrant learning disability supported living service in Lawley, Telford!

As a valued Relief Support Worker, you’ll help our service users enjoy an excellent quality of life, supporting them in all aspects of everyday life and a wide range of activities. We are looking for someone who can bring their own passions and interests to this fulfilling role.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with colleagues, families, and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.
  2. Provide respectful personal care and practical and emotional support.
  3. Work flexible shifts over weekends and bank holidays.
  4. Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users.

Requirements

A minimum of twelve months previous experience in support work is essential for this role. Creative Support is a high-quality provider of support to individuals with a wide range of care needs, including those with learning disabilities and other needs. We employ over 5,000 staff and have been a not-for-profit care provider for over 30 years.
