We are looking for Relief Support Workers to join our team in Newbury. Our Supported Living and Outreach Services for individuals with learning disabilities need warm, engaging, and flexible individuals who are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure service users enjoy a high quality of life and connect with their communities.
We seek calm, resourceful, energetic, and motivated individuals with excellent communication and teamwork skills to promote service usersβ dignity, independence, and well-being.
Your duties will include:
- Providing practical, emotional, and behavioral support
- Assisting non-verbal communicators
- Supporting community activities
- Helping with personal care and domestic tasks
