We are looking for a dynamic and caring leader to oversee three Supported Living Services in the London borough of Bromley. You must be an accomplished manager and have extensive experience and knowledge of working within the social care sector with people with a learning disability and also understand the management of regulated services. You will also carry out the role demonstrating a person centered approach, a confident, professional manner and experience of staff and project management. You will have the vision, networking and organisational abilities to deliver excellent outcomes for customers and to implement initiatives which connect service users to their local community and promote our reputation. Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation which provides high-quality, person-centred support to people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs and dementia.
