Creative Support is looking for a warm, reliable and proactive Relief Support Worker to join our friendly staff team in Redditch, Worcestershire. Here we provide quality care and support to individuals with a range of support needs including learning disabilities, Autism, and mental health needs. Our vibrant supported living service in Redditch, Worcestershire is home to 14 service users living in self-contained flats.
No two days will be the same at this service as we support our service users to follow their passions and engage in a range of activities including: cooking/baking, board games, movie nights, arts and crafts and many more!
Providing personal care, administering medication and lone working is essential. A minimum of twelve months experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs is required. You must be in good health and capable of performing all care tasks. You will receive a full local and corporate induction.
This is a relief position, which enables you to pick up shifts at a time that suits you, ideal for fitting around personal commitments, study or caring responsibilities. The flexible shift pattern includes evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. In addition to opportunities for personal and career development, we offer good conditions of service and a supportive, hands-on management culture.
As a Creative Support Bank Staff member you will have access to our free app which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service and shifts, including directions. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
