Creative Support is currently seeking a caring individual to join our dedicated staff team in Reading. Successful candidates will work with our established and friendly team, providing care to individuals with learning disabilities at our supported living service in Reading.
In this role, you will help service users achieve a high quality of life by supporting them in participating in activities they enjoy, both at home and in the community. These activities might include swimming, visiting local shops, or playing the drums. You will also provide respectful personal care, as well as practical and emotional support.
This Support Worker position is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start a career in social care. No previous experience is required, as we provide full training. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a caring attitude and a commitment to providing the best quality of care.
Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Benefits of working with Creative Support include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave and company paid enhanced DBS.
