We are currently recruiting a Supported Living Manager to join our passionate care team in the heart of Oxfordshire. Here we provide quality person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and additional mental health support needs to live exciting and independent lives. This is an excellent development opportunity to take on further responsibility in service management.
You will be working with senior managers and be responsible for maintaining an overview of the service, leading a highly motivated team and contributing to the further development of the service. You will carry out the role demonstrating a person-centred approach with a warm, confident, professional manner.
Experience of staff and service management is essential. You must be a confident and accountable practitioner, with the ability to put contractual and CQC quality standards into practice. You must be able to lead a team with confidence and provide clear guidance, supervision and support to your team members. You will be able to communicate positively and professionally with the families of the people we support, their advocates and other agencies.
