We are recruiting warm, flexible, and motivated individuals to work as peripatetic Support Workers across Tyneside and Durham. You will provide person‑centred support to people living in bespoke developments, helping them thrive in their own tenancies. This role involves travelling across North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Sunderland, Gateshead, Durham, Consett, and Hartlepool to support individuals with medication application, MAR sheet completion, personal care, and community access. Building and maintaining warm, trusting relationships with service users is essential.
