We have an exciting new opportunity for a Support Worker within our Morecambe learning disability services. As part of our dedicated staff team, you will provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autism. Your role will involve helping our service users enjoy a high quality of life by participating in various activities they love, both at home and in the community.
You will provide respectful personal care and offer practical and emotional support, developing and maintaining warm and trusting relationships with service users. Flexibility is key, as you will work shifts over the weekend and bank holidays, with both day and sleep in shifts available.
While prior experience in this field is beneficial, we value an engaging, creative, and person-centred approach above all. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to start or advance your career in social care, with full training provided to all new team members.
Creative Support’s Development Pathway offers a structured induction and values-led training to help staff grow from entry-level to leadership roles.
