We are currently seeking to employ an enthusiastic Senior Recovery Worker who has knowledge and experience in the field of mental health. We require a dynamic, motivated, pro-active and well organised individual who has the ability and skills to successfully lead the co-ordination and management of our 24hr service for adults with mental health needs.

Our Mental Health Residential Service in Burslem provides recovery focused support which is tailored to each individual’s support plan. You will be required to have the vision and flair to lead the staff team in providing the highest standards of customer care and person-centred service delivery which meets the standards set out by our commissioners and The Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Relevant experience and qualifications are required such as NVQ Level 3/5, DipSW or a management qualification. Applications for this role must be submitted via the Creative Support website using the above vacancy reference number.
