Creative Support is seeking warm, reliable, and proactive Support Workers to join our friendly team in Manchester. We provide quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities in a vibrant service where no two days are the same.
You will provide 1:1 support for an individual with autism and a learning disability in various activities, including employment, volunteering, community engagement, and daily living tasks at home. A clean and valid driving license is essential for this role.
Creative Support’s Development Pathway offers a structured induction and values-led training to help staff grow from entry-level to leadership roles. It empowers career progression through tailored learning aligned with national strategies and the WE CARE framework.
Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Benefits of working with Creative Support include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave and company paid enhanced DBS.
