We are looking to recruit a Property Services Administrator to join our team, working from our offices in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills within a national not‑for‑profit housing provider.
Responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders for cyclical and responsive works
- Track jobs raised through departmental helpdesks
- Follow up on actions arising from Fire Risk Assessments
- Order surveys and organise access to properties
- Maintain accurate records and property databases
- Support the coordination of contractors
- Respond to internal and external enquiries
- Help ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Department
