Overview
Creative Support is a non‑profit organisation focused on delivering an excellent standard of care and support to vulnerable people. We work with the local government and NHS to provide this nationwide.
We are looking for an administrator to provide the back‑office skills needed to allow our dedicated frontline support workers to flourish.
Responsibilities
As an Office Administrator for Creative Support, you will provide efficient, responsive secretarial support to senior staff to help ensure that our services run smoothly. You will be involved in core office duties, such that the frontline support staff can focus on client care.
Qualifications
Applicants must have at least one year’s experience of administration/reception work within a busy office environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to organise and prioritise a workload unsupervised. You will be proficient with computer software, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and a good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner is a must, along with the ability to take detailed messages and signpost individuals to the appropriate members of staff.
Contract Details
This is a temporary role to cover for maternity leave. The contract is expected to run for 6 months, and may extend to 12 months.
