We are looking for a dynamic, supportive and energetic individual who is committed to ensuring the provision of quality person‑centred support and care at our service in Cookridge.

The post holder will join an established and experienced team as an Office & Compliance Coordinator. This is a varied, challenging and satisfying role which requires a pro‑active office individual to support with a wide range of tasks at the service. The successful candidate will provide efficient and responsive administration and compliance oversight but also support with tasks including but not limited to:

  • Leading on recruitment tasks – including arranging and conducting interviews alongside senior staff at the service
  • Answering the phone and independently dealing with matters arising from calls
  • Managing records such as incidents, safeguarding reports, complaints and compliments
  • Reordering office supplies and equipment
  • Taking minutes of meetings both internal and external
  • Ensuring documentation in the office is up to date and replaced when updated
  • Timesheet and payroll administration
  • Managing systems for office compliance in line with Creative Support policy, local authority requirements and CQC standards
  • Ability to undertake service audits and follow up on actions arising
  • Working on and maintaining a quality improvement plan for the service

We need a confident first point of contact for queries, either dealing with queries directly or signposting to another appropriate person in the team. It is essential that you are a good team player, keen to learn and eager to support the team with their work.
