Creative Support is looking for warm, motivated individuals to empower people with learning disabilities in Wandsworth. You will support tenants with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, behaviours which may challenge and mental health needs in a new-build development of 7 self-contained flats, purpose designed to maximise independence and community connections. The accommodation is located in a very pleasant residential location in Tooting Bec, close to bus routes and local amenities.
