Provide routine administrative support to our busy services.

Conduct themed audits within services.

Support with our recruitment and retention strategy.

Assist the management team with deployment of relief staff and monitoring agency usage against local and national KPI's.

Undertake monitoring and checks to ensure all commissioned hours are delivered and services are working within their budget.

Develop and maintain accurate data relating to client provision to ensure invoicing is correct.

Help set up new services.

Assist the management team with oversight of new starters.

Support the senior management team with the oversight of voids within properties.

Maintain incident, Safeguarding and CQC reporting oversight and analysis.

Support the setup of new student placements.

Creative Support is seeking a graduate or professional who is highly proactive and well-organised to support operational and administrative output.

You will provide efficient support to services dedicated to supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health Diagnosis with a range of support needs.

An excellent standard of verbal and written English is essential as well as an interest in working in the not-for-profit health and social care sector.

We are looking for an individual with initiative and a can-do attitude to join our expanding team, providing administrative and operational support to our services in Warwickshire.

An approachable and warm manner, along with excellent customer care skills is essential.

The role requires an individual with excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to multi-task to complete competing deadlines.

The skills to accurately input data onto databases, minute meetings and use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are necessary to succeed in this role.

You will enjoy working as a team as well as using your initiative and working independently.
