Creative Support are looking for warm, reliable and proactive Support Workers to join our team in Keighley to provide quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs. The service has 6 individuals with low support requirements but they require support to develop daily life skills.
Working in partnership with service users through the recovery process, being flexible and responsive to the individual needs of the service users.
Helping service users to develop recovery focused support goals, promoting hope and aspiration.
Creative Support’s Development Pathway offers a structured induction and values-led training to help staff grow from entry-level to leadership roles. It empowers career progression through tailored learning aligned with national strategies and the WE CARE framework.
Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Benefits of working with Creative Support include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave and company paid enhanced DBS.
