We are looking for a compassionate and committed professional to join our established team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support. Our service provides person-centred support to adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health, and autism. We support 23 tenants, each living in their own self-contained apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and wet room. Our goal is to empower people to develop the skills and confidence to lead independent, fulfilling lives.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered consistently. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and understanding about learning disabilities, autism, and mental health. You will be passionate about promoting independence, social inclusion, and community engagement. Strong skills in positive communication are essential, along with the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard towards the people we support.
You will possess effective verbal and written communication, as the role will involve writing high quality assessments, support plans and guidelines. You will demonstrate a person-centred approach and genuine commitment to achieve positive outcomes for tenants through collaboration with tenants, families and agencies. You should be motivated to drive the service forward, empowering service users to progress onto less supported accommodation. We are looking for team players who are able to contribute positively to a consistent, mutually supportive team culture.
Applicants must have supervisory experience. A relevant qualification is desirable, such as RMN, Social Work, or a management qualification. Experience of evidencing achievements and outcomes for service users is desirable.
