We are looking to welcome caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to our friendly team in Fleetwood, Lancashire. Our supported housing service consists of 21 self-contained apartments across three sites, providing a safe, welcoming environments for people with complex needs and housing-related support needs. Our main site at Warrenhurst Court also includes a dedicated crisis unit, offering short-term accommodation and support for individuals in urgent need. As a Support Worker, you will provide individualised, person-centred support to people with a range of complex needs, including mental health challenges, substance misuse, offending histories, and experiences of homelessness. Working in a recovery-focused way, you will support residents to achieve positive outcomes by following personalized support plans and risk management plans, empowering them to develop the skills, confidence and resilience needed to live independently.
