Are you tidy and organised? Are you looking for flexible hours?
We are recruiting a Housekeeper to work at one of our registered care homes in Witham, Essex. You will be responsible for the cleanliness of the office space, kitchen area, toilets and all communal spaces including outdoor areas. This role is ideal for people seeking consistent work to fit around their schedule, as you will work 30 hours flexibly throughout the week
The service consists of three bungalows in a private cul-de-sac close to the centre of Witham. There are six clients living in each bungalow, with some of the clients having lived there for many years since the local Bridge Hospital closed.
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual who can not only carry out the physical and practical tasks associated with the role but also engage with the people we support.
Housekeeper duties include:
- Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Clean and stock toilets
- Notifying managers of necessary repairs
